Felix Bacolor returns with Toy Stories, an exhibition that lives up to its name. A bunch of misfits, spares and discards amassed over a period of time is assembled together, not to recount tales and fictions but of the shockingly real. Each work speaks of events, of factual narratives that seemingly mock play, engaging us to confront our excesses, our vanities and our indifference.
